An essay can describe an architecture. It cannot, on its own, let you enter it. The three links below are the doorways into the actual company — the corporate headquarters where the framework is held; the SWOT instrument we use to translate it into evolved business metrics; and the operations practice where, right now, we are hiring the people who will keep all of it coherent at scale.
Each is a distinct surface of the same underlying body of work. Follow whichever calls.

Conventional business metrics measure a narrow slice of what actually determines whether an organization thrives. Luminous SWOT is the instrument we built to measure the rest — strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats read across the same multi-scalar framework the essay describes.
Luminous Operations — your dream job in operations¶
Operations here is not administrative support for the real work. It is part of the real work — the practice of building and maintaining systems coherent enough to hold a company organized around thriving. If you have read this far and recognized yourself, this is the doorway closest to the floor.
